Adaptive Reuse: How Not to Do It

Ticket to Ride

Reconstruction efforts on the house have officially begun. The first step in the process is to remove all of the oak baseboards, trim, crown and shoe molding to prevent damage to them during the demolition of the rest of the plaster walls and ceilings.
